Azkena Rock Festival es un festival de rock celebrado en la ciudad de Vitoria de manera anual desde 2002. Organizado por la promotora vasca Last Tour, organizadora de otros eventos como Bilbao BBK Live o BIME Live, se trata de su proyecto más longevo. Se empezó a celebrar en el mes de septiembre pero en el 2009 se programó en mayo, permaneciendo finalmente en junio a partir del 2010. Su primera edición se celebró en la sala de conciertos Azkena Gasteiz y fue organizada por la promotora Muskerra. Ya en la segunda edición Last Tour tomó la organización del evento y lo desplazó al recinto de Mendizabala.
En 2006 obtuvieron su récord de asistencia con más de 44.000 entradas vendidas, un éxito debido a la presencia de Pearl Jam en el festival. Sin embargo, por Azkena Rock Festival han pasado decenas de grupos y artistas históricos como The Who, Bob Dylan, John Fogerty o Iggy & The Stooges además de una infinidad más de grupos y artistas del panorama popular y underground del rock.
A pesar de haber estado al límite de no celebrarse en los años de la crisis económica, el festival siempre ha salido adelante y prepara su decimonovena edición, que habría tenido lugar en 2020 de no ser por la crisis sanitaria del coronavirus.
